RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY
Customer service is a top priority at vapintheweb.com. You may return “Dead on Arrival” and/or wrong items received.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our policy! AGAIN, items damaged by misuse or improper care ARE NOT COVERED by our policy! If you received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more indepth information on your items. We are always happy to help.
Our return policy excludes e-liquids, cartridges, tanks, and atomizers. In most cases a return label will be provided to you.
Upon receiving your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If the item(s) meet the proper criteria to facilitate the return, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
All returns must include all items that come with your merchandise, this goes for starter kits and products that come as sets. All objects including glass, coils, cables, and pamphlets, as well as packaging must be included with the return in order for it to qualify for a return.
Warranties will be VOIDED and not eligable for return if products have apparant damage to them, have been charged through the update port (internal battery devices excluded), have been charged with the wrong wall adapter, or have been used for any purpose other then vaping specified e-liquids.
All returns are subject to case by case basis. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.
HOW TO RETURN TO VAPIN’ THE WEB
Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, contact information and order number.
Mail your online returns to the following address within 30 days of Original Purchase:

Purchases older then 30 days may be covered through the manufacturer’s warranty, check the packaging for a warranty card for more information.
Purchases that may not qualify for our warranty, as stated in the RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY section, may still be covered through the manufacture’s warranty.
Please allow 10 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1 – 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
