Where does Vapintheweb ship from?
Vapintheweb ships from United States based warehouses. We ship from our California store.
How long until my order ships?
We aim within 24 hours of ordering but processing times may vary, especially during busy periods when it may take up to 72 hours.
Orders placed over the weekend will start processing Monday morning. We do not ship at the weekend or public holidays.
How long will my Vapintheweb order take to arrive?
Shipping times are from the time that the order is shipped and do not include processing time. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed, but processing times may vary during busy times, especially where manual age verification is required. Once the order is shipped it might take 3-5 days business to arrive.
Where does Vapintheweb ship to?
We ship throughout the continent where bans on the vape products are not in effect.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order – if you don’t see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
